Congrats with wedding towels

TowelWedding

I have seen many versions of this towel card. It looks really fun to make, and I have meant to try it for ages. Finally I had the time to play, and here is my take! What do you think? 🙂

I used one of the new in-colors Pistachio Pudding as the card base, and am liking the freshness it brings to the card. I made the white background look like the tile wall in the bathroom by scoring straight lines using my scoring board.

Another masculine birthday card (PPA170)

MasculineBdayAlphabet

I often find it hard to come up with the right colours for masculine cards, but when I saw the PPA170 Color Challenge, I instantly thought of creating a masculine birthday card.

I am glad that I used the Alphabet Press Embossing Folder, which I originally bought for making baby cards 😛 I think it goes well with the birthday stamp, and I definitely like how it turns out after sponging the raised areas with Early Espresso ink.
