Do you really need a reason to make cards? Definitely not! I know I can just make a card to say hello to some sunshine we are finally getting in Vancouver! Or maybe just because I wanted to play with my stamping toys 🙂
- I used the stamping off technique to do the chevron background of the sentiment. It is in Baja Breeze, but in a lighter shade by first stamping it once lightly onto a piece of scrap paper.
- The Cloudy Day Embossing Folder was used to create texture on the Whisper White cardstock, which makes it look absolutely adorable.
- The pinwheel, which was very easily cut using the Pinwheel Sizzlits Die and assembled using a silver brad, goes with the cloudy sky very well.
- The Whisper White bow adds a final touch to the card while hiding some glue dots I put behind the toothpick at the same time 🙂
