It’s been a crazy month! I finally had some time to sit down and make some cards. I have been wanting to use this image from the Little Friends stamp set to create a Christmas card, so here it is!
- The image was watercolored using a Blender Pen and the Stampin’ Pads. The present on the girl’s hands was colored in Cherry Cobbler and Gumball Green to create the Christmas feel.
- A piece of Be of Good Cheer Designer Series Paper was used as the background of the card. Don’t you just love the vivid pattern of the paper?
- I punched the edges of a square piece of Gumball Green card stock using the Scallop Trim Border Punch to create a frame. To do this, just punch once right in the middle of the edge length. Four Basic Rhinestones were added to the four corners of the frame to give the card the bling it deserves.
- The Gumball Green 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon tied in a knot was there to embellish the card.
